"Where Do We Train?"

We have options because I train my clients in-home, outdoors and in a couple local gyms.  Primarily, I work with most of my clients at a first class facility next to International Plaza, called "Body Works Performance Training".  Occasionally, you may find me at Plaza Fitness (in the basement of the Bank of America building at Kennedy and Ashley streets).

In "Body Works"--a great facility, we have weights, pulleys, and all the room we need in order to do any type of training. 
 In fact, I have my personal equipment there, which is unlike anything you will find in the standard gyms.  This includes some things you may have never seen, including:  *Kettlebells (*first in Tampa--click here), BodyBlades,  a "Goalie" slide board, and some other unique equipment designed for getting maximum results.  These tools, and especially under my direction,  present you with an alternative to the typical gym-style limiting methods (which overly emphasize machine training over natural body movement).  You could say that a properly functioning body is biomechanically designed be a machine in and of itself, so you want to train so as to enhance it's nature.  That's the essence of how my clients develop full-body power from the inside-out.  
I like to refer to this as developing their "panther muscles".  This produces bodies that are injury-free, lean, unusually strong for their size, and look great!.
