"Think like a winner!"
If you expect the best from yourself, then you're more likely to get it.  Start thinking like an elite athlete by using positive affirmations.  Statements that include phrases like "I will" or I can" affirm what it is that you want to achieve.  For example, "I will be successful running hills today" or "I can have a great workout."  If you make a habit of doing this, positive thinking becomes an automatic response, even in the toughest times.

  "My Ultimate Top 9 Tips for Making Your Eating Plan Work"

 
1. 
MAKE A COMMITMENT ~ Stay committed to being a winner.  Decide that there is no turning back.
2.  HAVE GOALS ~ Write down what you will do in 90 days, but start NOW.  Change something this week!
3.  EAT FREQUENT MEALS ~ Eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism high.
4.  EAT "CLEAN" ~ Get only the lean proteins and clean carbs.  No sludge producing empty-calorie foods.
  HIDDEN SABOTEURS ~ Omit the hidden sugars and fats in condiments or small portions.  It all adds up.
6.  STAY HYDRATED ~ Drink a quart per day for every 50 pounds you weigh.  Water speeds fat loss.
7.  BE ACCOUNTABLE ~ Hold yourself to a higher standard.  Don't "justify" temptations to cheat.
8.  STAY FOCUSED WITH EXCITEMENT ~ Keep positive.  Keep energized.  Keep being your best!
9.  DON'T EVER GIVE UP ~ Always keep moving forward.  Don't let a setback deflate your motivation.
